The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Christopher Domingo Carrillo, a 39-year-old convicted and repeat child sex predator from Amarillo, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders List. Texas Crime Stoppers is now offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to his arrest.
