PULASKI COUNTY, Ga (WGXA) — The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance to locate a registered sexual predator wanted for violating the Georgia sex offender registry.
According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s office, Jimmy Ray Smallwood is a registered sex offender who is classified by the state of Georgia as a sexual predator. According to the Sexual Offender Risk Review Board, being classified as a sexual predator by the state of Georgia means the state has assessed you as having a “well above average” risk of re-offending.

Smallwood is described as a White male, who stands at 5-feet-11-inches and is around 260 pounds with brown eyes, “salt and pepper” hair, and is around 66 years old. He has tattoos on his left thigh, right calf (scorpion), right upper arm (Looney Tunes character) and left forearm.

Smallwood was recently released from prison and has an active warrant for Violation of the Sex Offender Registry in Pulaski County.
Anyone with information regarding Smallwood’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office at (478)-783-1521 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or (478)-783-1521 after 5:00 PM and on weekends. You may also call 911 if you see him or know his current location, per the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office warned residents not to attempt to approach or detain him themselves and to contact authorities immediately.
