VIDALIA, La. (KNOE) – A 63-year-old was arrested in Houston, Mississippi, on several charges out of Concordia Parish.
Deputies with the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office said they started investigating James Timothy Sullivan in August, 2025 after he was communicating with a person he believed was a minor sexually online.
Sullivan was arrested by the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Office and was extradited to Concordia Parish on May 10, with a $100,000 bond.
He faces two counts of computer-aided soliciation of a minor and one count of indecent behavior with juveniles.
Sheriff David Hedrick would like to remind parents to follow online safety measures regarding their children during the upcoming summer break.
