Finetechnics Signs LOC with Euclid Soft… “Investing in Next-Generation Security Business for the Quantum Era”

Finetechnics has begun to secure next-generation security technologies and diversify its business portfolio.

On May 28, Finetechnics announced that it had signed a Letter of Commitment (LOC) with Euclidsoft, a company specializing in AI-native security. Finetechnics has decided to acquire shares in Euclidsoft through the purchase of existing shares and redeemable convertible preferred shares (RCPS). The total investment amounts to 5 billion won, and Finetechnics is expected to become the second-largest shareholder. After final due diligence, the investment payment is expected to be completed by mid-June.

This investment is part of Finetechnics’ proactive strategy to invest in next-generation technologies and businesses such as digital finance, quantum security, and AI security platforms. Finetechnics aims to expand its collaboration with Euclidsoft beyond a financial investment to become a strategic partner, create synergies, and strengthen market competitiveness.

Euclidsoft provides end-to-end security solutions throughout the lifecycle—from design and training to edge deployment and operation—via its core AI model security platform, SecuAI. In particular, it features next-generation cryptographic technology, Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), which is secure against quantum computer attacks, and also protects the original AI model by obfuscating it, providing dual-layer protection.

A representative from Finetechnics stated, “With the advancement of generative AI, new types of cyber threats that are difficult to address with existing security systems are rapidly emerging. We have determined that Euclidsoft is an AI-native security platform specialist with end-to-end security capabilities spanning from AI model design to operation, demonstrating strong technological competitiveness and growth potential.”
