An Ocala real estate agent on pretrial release for domestic battery cases out of Alachua and Sumter Counties is now facing another criminal case after getting caught in the recent Marion County child predator sting.

On June 2, 2026, Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies arrested Israel David Rosario, 35, and charged him with online child solicitation, using a two way communication device to facilitate a felony, and traveling to meet a minor after using a computer to lure a child.
During this time, MCSO was engaged in a large operation in coordination with several other agencies targeting adults using the internet to sexually exploit children and meet with them to engage in unlawful sexual activity.
During this operation, an undercover deputy (U.D.) utilized the website “Skipthegames.com” which reportedly is “often used for individuals to find escorts, relationships, or sexual partners.” U.D. posted an ad on the website that included her undercover phone number.
U.D. received a text message from a man later identified as Rosario. He told U.D. she was “Sexy AF,” before asking “What’s your rates?” He then requested a “QV” which reportedly stands for a “Quick Visit” to engage in sexual acts.
Shortly into the conversation, U.D. advised that she is 15 years of age.
“This is a good way for a man to get jail time,” said Rosario with a laughing emoji. He now faces 15 years in prison.
Rosario went on to tell U.D., “Fine ass, what got you trying to make ads? You and I could make content and make a killing, a whole lot better than seeing random men”
By telling U.D. he wants to “make a killing” with “content,” Rosario is seemingly referring to the production and sale of child sexual abuse matreial.
Rosario set up a time to meet at the Racetrac gas station located at 3674 NW Blichton Rd.
Rosario sent multiple messages to U.D. showing he had knowledge that she was 15.
- “Hmm, I’d like to baby but currently I don’t feel safe sending you a [picture] of me because of your age.”
- Right. Well Idk, I could go to jail for talking to you. But I haven’t actually done anything illegal by talking to you, so I just want to put that out there.”
- “You still going to school?”
- Hey, seriously. I’m not a pedophile or anything, I don’t know how I feel about this.”
- “You aren’t going to set me up are you? That would suck.”
Rosario sent several more disturbing messages to U.D. regarding sexual activity.
- “I’m just looking for some one who wants to fuck as much as I do and make content doing as such.”
- “You getting on this site to add to that or something? You like sex huh?”
- “I bet you’re tiny. How much you weigh, you look deliciously tiny.”
- ‘”Also, I just like to know. If I get you drunk, I’ll end up beating the brakes off of you. You’ll like it too.”
- “Hey baby, do me a favor, send me a booby pic.”
- “I need to see if you got some good looking tits… and if you’re willing to actually show me what you got. Then I know I can trust you.”
While conversing with U.D., Rosario sent a photo of himself, assisting MCSO in identifying him prior to his arrest. They were able to identify his vehicle as a 2012 white Toyota Camry bearing the Florida license plate number 72DXQU. Rosario traveled to the Racetrac in this vehicle where he was subsequently arrested and transported to the station for an interview.
Rosario conducted a post-Miranda interview with police.
Corporal J. Burgess reported, “[Rosario] initially advised he knew what the website ‘Skipthegames.com’ is but stated he does not use it. [Rosario] later stated he had used the website but did not want to discuss the conversation he had… He acknowledged he thought he was speaking to a 15-year-old girl for the purpose of sexual contact with her, but stated he was not going to have sex with her. He advised he intended to counsel her in attempt to get her to make better decisions. [Rosario] advised he does not have any formal training in reference to counseling. He further stated he did not contact law enforcement and knew he made a mistake. [Rosario] confirmed he used the IPhone that was in his possession to contact the presumed 15-year-old girl.”
As of now, the Marion County Jail is holding Rosario on a bond of $150,000.

Booking records and court records show that Rosario is on pretrial release for domestic battery cases out of Alachua and Sumter Counties, each involving different victims. Rosario was arrested for both cases in December 2025 and both involve him getting physical with a current or former dating partner.
