Tulsa man arrested in child predator operation by Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office | #childpredator | #kidsaftey | #childsaftey


WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. — The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Tulsa man they say was part of an online child predator operation.

According to authorities, the Wagoner County Invesitgators conducted an undercover operation using a decoy posing as a 14-year-old girl online on May 30 at 10:30 p.m. The profile of the decoy was used on multiple online dating platforms as part of an effort to identify people attempting to engage in unlawful sexual communications with minors.

The suspect, identified as Brett Tucker of Tulsa, arraigned to meet the decoy at a QuikTrip in the 2400 block of East Kenosha. Deputies were waiting in the parking lot and took Tucker into custody without incident.

Tucker was transported to the Wagoner to the Wagoner County Detention Center and was booked on the charges of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16 and violation of OK statute via computer.
