JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The new school year is starting and that means more traffic, buses, and children outdoors.
Madison Firefighter Lisa Valadie shared tips for staying safe on the roads, watching for buses and children, and how to handle the car rider line.
She also discussed staying hydrated and other precautions for students in the heat at the bus stop or on the playgrounds.
