Online ‘sorcerer’ suing TikTok ‘witch’ after she labeled him a sexual predator, MAGA-aligned | #childpredator | #onlinepredator | #sextrafficing

Quit your witching.

A man known as “Dan the Sorcerer” has taken issue with a rival TikTok “witch” who allegedly called him a “disqualified MAGA and Trump aligned witch,” and “sexual predator,” according to a new lawsuit.

Melvin Daniel Spaulding has sued Amber Lee Rose — known online as “Ambrosia the Witch” — alleging the social media occult creator defamed him and damaged his reputation.

Both have built large followings on TikTok and Instagram by sharing spells, occult practices and spiritual beliefs. Rose has 160,000 TikTok followers where she shares “Witch Tips” and spells including a “Break Up Spell” and a “Money Spell” that she says will “draw in the funds.”

According to the lawsuit, Rose targeted “MAGA witches” in a Jan. 21, 2026 post, saying they were neither “very pretty” nor “very bright.” Days later, she allegedly escalated the attacks by implying Spaulding was politically, socially, morally and professionally unfit to be part of the spiritual and occult community.

The lawsuit also alleges Rose falsely labeled Spaulding a “sexual predator” and “white male occultist” guilty of misconduct involving women and “predatory behavior,” publishing the claims to her followers, the WitchTok community, the broader occult community, and current and prospective clients.

Spaulding claims the statements caused reputational damage, emotional distress and lost income, and is seeking general, special and economic damages.
