The round included new investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures and LG Technology Ventures, along with existing investors Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP and Intel Capital. The company said the funding will support global expansion, product development and rising demand from large enterprises deploying autonomous AI tools across critical business systems.
Zenity’s platform is designed to help companies monitor, secure and govern AI agents as they gain access to sensitive systems, data and workflows. The company said its customers include Fortune 500, Global 2000 and other large organizations in financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals, technology, energy and manufacturing, including SoftBank Corp.
Zenity said it has tripled revenue in each of the past two years and is on pace to triple revenue again this year. The company did not disclose its valuation.
The investment comes as companies move beyond experimenting with generative AI models and begin using AI agents that can access business systems, invoke tools, make decisions and carry out tasks. Zenity says that shift requires a different security model than products focused mainly on protecting AI models or monitoring prompts.
Zenity said it has spent years working with large enterprises on secure AI adoption and will use the new capital to expand its platform as the use of AI agents grows across regulated industries.
