AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – Augusta University is taking another step forward in the fight against cybercrime.
Officials cut the ribbon and officially dedicated the Cyber Resiliency Center at the Georgia Cyber Center downtown on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
It’s an AU affiliated, nonprofit organization and statewide initiative of the Georgia Cyber Innovation & Training Center that will help Georgia’s most critical institutions prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber attacks.

They say AU students will make up 80 percent of the cyber crime fighting force.
