Acer has officially unveiled the Predator XB253Q U1. It’s the world’s first esports display with a FHD 1000 Hz gaming monitor. Announced during IFA 2026, the 24.5-inch esports monitor delivers extreme responsiveness, smooth frame pacing, and motion clarity which is perfect for games like Valorant.
World-First 1000 Hz Refresh Rate and 0.3ms Response Time for Esports
This is engineered specifically for esports competitions and fast-paced first-person shooters thanks to the Predator XB253Q U1 that operates at an astounding 1000 Hz refresh rate. At 1000 frames per second, screen redraws occur every single millisecond, eliminating input lag and motion blur.
The 24.5-inch IPS panel is paired with Acer’s proprietary Visual Response Boost (VRB) Pro technology, pushing response times down to 0.3ms to minimize ghosting on fast-moving targets. The monitor comes with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification and features Circular Polarizer technology to eliminate reflections and reduce eye strain.
It supports both AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible standards, alongside two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 2.1.
