The threat actor known as The Gentlemen claimed responsibility for the attack, stating they had obtained sensitive organization data and intended to publish it within nine to ten days. The breach was officially disclosed to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Aug. 7, 2026.
According to the official report, approximately 1,500 individuals in the United States were affected by this incident.
