Authorities said the Thursday sentencing stems from the Dec. 19, 2024, arrest warrant executed in partnership between Baltimore County and Baltimore City police officers. The warrant was tied to a shooting reported in November 2024.
As the warrant was being executed, investigators found Toliver in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle. In his possession, however, police found oxycodone and traces of cocaine.
