Warren County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) reports the arrest of a child predator.
On October 5 the Warren County Authorities were notified by Maryland State Police of an investigation involving the distribution of child sexual abuse material.
The activity was traced to Warren County regarding an account sharing the material on the Kik platform.
Warren County investigators were able to trace the materials to the home of Front Royal resident Glen C. Bailey and execute a search warrant.
Investigators confiscated multiple electronic devices from the residence tied to the materials.
The 62-year-old Bailey was taken into custody on October 7 and transported to the Rappahannock Shenandoah Warren Regional Jail where he is held without bond.
Bailey is charged with possession, reproduction, distribution, solicitation, and facilitation of child pornography.
