A 38-year-old man was charged Tuesday with assaulting an employee at a Bucks County Halloween attraction and a 12-year-old girl three weeks after he was charged with sexually assaulting an employee while working as a Five Below store manager.

Edward Eisenhard, whom prosecutors described as a suspected “serial sex predator,” is facing multiple charges after being accused of strangling and assaulting a coworker at Lower Southampton Township’s Valley of Fear Halloween attraction on Sept. 26.

During a news conference on Tuesday, Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan said prosecutors also learned that earlier this month, Eisenhard indecently assaulted a 12-year-old girl while she slept in her bedroom.

The latest charges come approximately three weeks after Eisenhard was charged with sexually assaulting a Five Below employee in an incident that reportedly took place on Sept. 27, a day after the reported assault at Valley of Fear.

“This is a 38-year-old man who exploited that opportunity to create victims between the ages of 12 and 38,” Khan said.

Resources for victims of sexual assault are available through the National Sexual Violence Resources Center and the National Sexual Assault Telephone Hotline at 800-656-4673.

Prosecutors said they believe there may be additional victims of Eisenhard, who also worked as a volunteer firefighter.

Anyone with information that could help in the investigation is asked to contact the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

“If you are a victim, our office is a safe place where you will be heard. You are a person that we will treat with respect and with dignity, and we will fight for you to get you justice,” Khan said.
