WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. (KOKH) — Wagoner County deputies say they have arrested another man in connection to an undercover child predator investigation.Officials with the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office say a decoy posing as a 15-year-old girl began communicating online with a man.Investigators say the individual continued communicating with the decoy after being informed of her age. Deputies say the conversations included sexually suggestive messages, discussions about payment, and arrangements to meet in-person. On Oct. 8, officials say the suspect agreed to meet the decoy at a restaurant and agreed to pay her upon arrival. When the suspect arrived, he was taken into custody. The suspect was identified as Andrew Feeley. Feeley was arrested on complaints of lewd or indecent proposals to a child and facilitating sexual contact with a minor.“Let this case serve as a reminder that the internet does not provide a shield from law enforcement. When someone targets a minor for sexual activity, we will investigate those actions and pursue appropriate charges. Through our partnership with SOSA, we are working to identify offenders and make our Wagoner County communities safer for children,” said Wagoner County Sheriff Chris Elliott.
