An arrest has been made following a child sex crime investigation in Western North Carolina. The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office says, 37 year old Luis Callejas is charged with indecent acts with a child and assault by strangulation. Investigators began working the case late last month and arrest warrants say that the victim was unable to scream and struggled to breath while being assaulted. Callejas is being held in Henderson County and the investigation continues.
