DOYLESTOWN, Pa. — A Bucks County, Pennsylvania man accused of multiple sexual assaults, including one at a popular Halloween attraction, is facing charges in three separate cases, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.District Attorney Joe Khan described 38-year-old Edward Eisenhard of Springfield Township as a “highly dangerous recidivistic sex offender” on Tuesday as he gave details on three different cases in which Eisenhard is accused of targeting women and a child. One of the alleged assaults occurred at Valley of Fear, a haunted attraction in Lower Southampton Township.Khan said the attraction, known for providing visitors with fake frights, became the site of an alleged assault by a supervisor against an employee.Authorities said Eisenhard choked the victim as he pinned her against a wall and touched her against her will during a lunch break.Eisenhard has been charged with strangling and sexually assaulting the woman. According to prosecutors, the 38-year-old victim was an employee at the attraction, where Eisenhard worked as a supervisor.Khan alleged that Eisenhard “approached her unprovoked, grabbed her, restrained her and indecently touched her until his break that he was on was over.”Eisenhard was also previously arrested in connection with the alleged assault of a 19-year-old woman who worked at a Five Below store in Souderton, where he was a manager, authorities said.ABC Philadelphia affiliate WPVI reported on that arrest when it happened three weeks ago. At the time, authorities did not know about the alleged assault at Valley of Fear.”In Five Below, they were in a stockroom and this, again, speaks to the opportunistic nature of the defendant’s behavior,” Khan said.SEE ALSO: California appeals court upholds actor Danny Masterson’s rape convictionsAccording to prosecutors, investigators later learned that Eisenhard had been fired from Valley of Fear the day before his arrest in the Five Below case because of the alleged assault at the haunted attraction. An attorney representing Valley of Fear said they had “no comment.”The district attorney’s office also alleges that Eisenhard assaulted a 12-year-old girl in Springfield Township in December of last year and again around the time he was arrested in the Five Below case.Authorities said Eisenhard previously served as a volunteer firefighter. As prosecutors pursue the three cases, the district attorney’s office is encouraging additional victims to contact authorities.”If you are a victim, our office is a safe place where you will be heard,” Khan said. The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said it is asking anyone who may have been victimized by Eisenhard to come forward. Bucks County Detectives can be reached at 215-348-6345.Prosecutors also plan to ask a judge to deny bail, arguing that Eisenhard is too dangerous to be released while awaiting trial.Copyright © 2026 WPVI-TV.
