Binance founder Changpeng Zhao voiced disappointment with Elon Musk’s somewhat playful response to the Binance hacking incident.
On October 30, Zhao wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, “I respect you a lot, but this is not the time for jokes,” adding, “I’d appreciate it if you could show even a little support.”
He also said the value of the SpaceX shares tied to Binance’s $500 million investment in Musk’s Twitter acquisition has now exceeded $1 billion.
Zhao’s response appeared to come after Musk earlier posted a playful emoji in connection with the Binance hack.
