The Dutch Fiscal Information and Investigation Service has raided two data centers allegedly used by Russian cyberattackers who targeted government and banking websites across Europe.
Among those arrested in the sweep is the concert pianist Andrey Nesterenko, 39, a prizewinner at numerous competitions.
He is accused of involvement with two Moldovan brothers, Iurie Neculiti and Ivan Neculiti, who are on the EU sanctions list.
