
CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – The Casa Grande Police Department recently arrested five individuals in an operation targeting online predators.
The operation, conducted on February 7 and 8, aimed to prevent crimes against children and ensure community safety.
Law enforcement charged the suspects with eight felonies related to sexual offenses.
One suspect faced an additional charge of aggravated assault against three officers. Firearms were seized during the operation, highlighting the severity of the crimes.
Casa Grande Police collaborated with multiple agencies, including the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.
Police emphasized the ongoing concern of child exploitation in the area. Many offenders traveled to Casa Grande with the intent to commit crimes.
Authorities urged parents to monitor their children’s online activities closely.
