Shares in Catenai PLC (AIM:CTEA) rose 16% to 0.3p after Alludium, its investee company and developer of a no-code artificial intelligence agent operating system, has achieved two internationally recognised information security certifications.
Alludium has obtained ISO 27001:2022 certification, the globally recognised standard for information security management systems.
And it has received its SOC 2 Type II attestation, an American standard governed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants that evaluates whether an organisation’s security controls operate effectively over a defined audit period.
These sign-offs are widely required before enterprise clients will engage with technology suppliers.
Together, the certifications provide independent third-party assurance of Alludium’s data governance and security practices, clearing a compliance hurdle that many large organisations impose as a prerequisite before transacting with technology partners.
Catenai chief executive John Farthing said achieving both standards at this stage of Alludium’s development demonstrates a level of operational maturity he believes will accelerate commercial progress with enterprise and institutional customers.
