ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Cedar Crest College has identified a significant cybersecurity incident that is affecting portions of the College’s technology environment, according to a social media post.
Upon becoming aware of the incident, Cedar Crest initiated its emergency response protocols to contain the threat and protect its data, according to the college.
The college says it is investigating the incident, working to secure its systems, and taking steps to restore affected services safely.
