A new class hosted by the Elko Police Department will cover the dangers children face from predators – both online and in-person.
According to a post from the Elko Police Department; a presentation called “Protecting Your Children from Predators – A Parent’s Guide to Keeping Your Kids Safe” will be held on Thursday, August 21st.
The class will be presented by Detective Barainca with the Great Basin Child Advocacy Center at 5:30 p.m. at the Elko Police Department.
The class is open to all parents and guardians, and will feature a Q&A session. Refreshments will be provided.
