Officials with the city of Fort Smith say they are responding to what they call a “network security event.”
The city’s computer network was affected, disrupting some systems and services, according to a release. 911 dispatch and emergency services remain fully functional.
The city is working with law enforcement and cybersecurity experts to investigate. No further information was provided.
