COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) — The Colorado Springs Police Department has notified the community that a sexually violent predator has moved to an address within its jurisdiction. The notification was issued on behalf of the Colorado Department of Corrections. The police department said that Benjamin Eugene Hall will be on supervised release and parole. According to police, Hall was convicted of sexual assault on a child in 2020, sexual exploitation of a child with other charges in 2015, violating a protection order in 2015, felony menacing in 2013, and harassment in 2011. All of the listed convictions took place in El Paso County, police said. Colorado law requires that local police departments notify the community when a sexually violent predator enters their jurisdiction. The police department said it would “make all reasonable efforts to ensure Hall registers as a sex offender.” Police said that Hall will be living at 6633 Dublin Loop West No. 2, Colorado Springs. They described him as a 44-year-old white man with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. Authorities directed anyone with questions about Hall or the notification process to Detective JR Brown at the CSPD Registered Sex Offender Unit at 719-444-7672. Copyright 2026 KKTV.
