Friday May 8th from 11am to 1pm the Cortland County Health Department will be holding a Free Child Safety Seat Check Event at the Great Assembly of God (175 Port Watson Street, Cortland) No registration is required and walk-ins are encouraged!

Child Passenger Technicians will be on site to inspect car seats for proper installation, harnessing, and overall safety for the child. This is also a perfect opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you may have regarding car seats. As always, it’s important to refer to your car seat manufacturer’s instructions and your vehicle owner’s manual to ensure that the car seat is installed correctly.
