Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Cybercrime Police have cracked 11 cybercrime cases between July 29 and August 4, arresting 15 offenders from different states with the investigations revealing a widespread network of cybercriminals operating pan-India.
Of the total arrests, 12 suspects were involved in trading fraud, with others linked to gaming and business fraud.
Officials have seized materials including 14 mobile phones, 8 debit cards, Aadhaar card, PAN card, 13 SIM cards, and 4 proprietorship stamps.
Case Breakdown:
Trading Fraud: 9 cases, 12 arrests.
Gaming Fraud: 1 case, 2 arrests.
Business Fraud: 1 case, 1 arrest.
Police advised citizens to remain vigilant against investment scams, verify transactions, and avoid sharing personal details.
