Malmö-based Sciber has been expanding its operations since early 2023 and in spring 2026 will be moving to Vista (Bläckhornet 1) in Hyllie, Malmö.
Sciber is a Swedish cybersecurity company with cutting-edge expertise providing managed detection and response services. The company describes itself as a digital security guard that can identify, analyse and divert cyber-attacks by analysing customers’ data traffic.
While the company was only founded in 2023, many of the employees have more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. In just two years, the company has multiplied its turnover several hundred percent and now has more than 60 employees.
Sciber has been a tenant at Wihlborgs Kvartetten (Pulpeten 5) since the beginning, but is now moving to Vista, which will be completed in early 2026. The move represents an expansion for the company from 380 to 650 square metres.
The floor plan’s flexibility means that the building can offer everything from individual rooms to large, contiguous areas. Mercedes-Benz Sweden and Mercedes-Benz Finans are already tenants at the building. Additionally, the workspace provider International Working Group (IWG) will offer offices, meeting rooms, co-working and services, and Laziza will open a restaurant.
The mobility hub on the lower floors of Vista was completed at the end of 2024 and includes approximately 450 parking spaces, charging stations, car and bike pool solutions as well as bike parking with a changing room and showers.
The building will be certified according to the Sweden Green Building Council’s Gold, WELL and NollCO2 certifications. Vista won the Miljöbyggnad of the Year award at the Sweden Green Building Awards 2024.
