43-year-old Martin Deanda is a convicted sex offender and should be considered armed and dangerous if seen.
AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added a convicted child predator from North Texas to the state’s 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list and is offering a cash reward for tips leading to his capture.
Martin Deanda, 43, of Dallas, is wanted for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements, stemming from a warrant issued in January 2025 by Dallas County, DPS said. The department says Deanda was previously convicted in 2023 in Anderson County for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Now, Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to his arrest. Information can be submitted anonymously, DPS said.
Deanda has a lengthy criminal record that includes convictions for indecency with a child by sexual contact, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, battery, unlawful possession of a weapon, and evading arrest, per DPS. In 2012, he was convicted on three counts of aggravated robbery and sentenced to 10 years in prison for each offense, to be served concurrently, the release states.
Deanda is described as 5-foot-10, weighing approximately 190 pounds, with tattoos on his chest and both arms. He may wear glasses and is known to have connections to Anderson County, including the city of Palestine, according to DPS.
So far in 2025, authorities have arrested 12 sex offenders from Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders List. Crime Stoppers has also paid out more than $25,000 in rewards this year alone for tips that led to arrests, according to DPS.
