EDNA, Texas – According to the Edna Police Department, the Edna Police Department recently conducted a sting operation targeting suspected online predators, resulting in the arrest of an Edna man, according to police.
Authorities said officers arrested Seth Monroe Moses after he allegedly sent inappropriate messages to someone he believed was a child during the operation.
Police did not release additional details about the investigation or any potential charges.
In a statement, the department said protecting children and the community remains a top priority. Officials also encouraged parents to stay involved in their children’s online activity and report suspicious behavior to law enforcement.
The investigation remains ongoing.
