A Meadville resident is set to serve eight years in federal prison for leading a sexting conspiracy involving explicit images hacked from Snapchat.

At least 33 users of the popular social media platform — some of them minors — were victimized over two years in what the FBI described as a “reprehensible” scheme in which intimate photos of the victims were sold and traded online.
