SOUTHERN OREGON – Myrtle Creek Police and Winston Police partnered in a one-day operation last week that aimed at identifying and arresting online predators, resulting in multiple arrests across Southern Oregon.

The operation led to five arrests, all on charges of online sexual corruption of a minor. Authorities said several of the suspects are facing additional charges.

Those arrested include William Joseph Manly and Joshua James Taylor, both of Grants Pass; Patrick William Terriah of Roseburg; Wyatt Hugh Cahill of Klamath Falls; and David Carl Thorpe of Sutherlin.

The operation was supported by Grants Pass Public Safety and the Klamath Falls Police Department. Officials emphasized that the investigation was focused on protecting children and holding offenders accountable.
