From Oct. 13 to 15, the Noblesville Police Department (NPD) carried out a targeted online predator investigation designed to identify and apprehend individuals seeking to exploit minors.
During the investigation, specially trained detectives posed as juveniles living in Noblesville between the age of 13 and 15 in online applications and websites. During this time, numerous individuals communicated with NPD detectives even after being informed repeatedly that they were interacting with someone underage.
The investigation culminated with operations where five individuals were arrested after allegedly arranging meetings, and their actions demonstrated intent to engage in unlawful sexual activity with the perceived minor.
The following individuals were arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on the following preliminary charges:
Keyante D. Tompkins, 29, Indianapolis, was arrested on Oct. 13 and charged with Child Solicitation, I.C. 35-42-4-6 (Felony 5); Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, I.C. 35-46-1-8 (Felony 6); and Resisting Law Enforcement, I.C. 35-44.1-3-1 (Class A Misdemeanor).
Jason M. Slyger, 44, Fishers, was arrested on Oct. 14 and charged with Human Trafficking, I.C. 35-42-3.5-1.4 (Felony 3); and Child Solicitation, and I.C. 35-42-4-6 (Felony 4).
Timothy R. Russell, 62, Indianapolis, was arrested on Oct. 14 and charged with Human Trafficking, I.C. 35-42-3.5-1.4 (Felony 3); and Child Solicitation, I.C. 35-42-4-6 (Felony 4).

Dean A. Hittle, 39, Celina, Ohio, was arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with Child Solicitation, I.C. 35-42-4-6 (Felony 4).
