Four individuals have been arrested following a targeted online predator investigation carried out by the Noblesville Police Department.
Jamal Courtney of Fishers; Jun Jie Piao of Chicago; Jordan Stites of Kokomo; and Matthew Burton of Greenfield are in the Hamilton County Jail. Current has requested court documents.




According to a statement from the NPD, from July 13-16, NPD carried out a targeted online predator investigation designed to identify and apprehend individuals seeking to exploit minors.
Throughout the week, specially trained detectives posed as Noblesville juveniles between the age of 13-15 in online applications and websites. The NPD stated that during this time, numerous individuals communicated with detectives even after being informed repeatedly they were interacting with someone underage.
NPD stated the investigation culminated with an operation July 16 where the four individuals were arrested after allegedly arranging meetings, and demonstrating intent to engage in unlawful sexual activity with the perceived minor.
“The women and men of the (NPD) are committed to the safety of children,” NPD Chief Brad Arnold stated. “With the full support and dedication of the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, we will bring all resources to bear and work tirelessly to identify, arrest and prosecute these child predators to the fullest extent of the law.”
