MOSCOW ― Operations across the Gritman Medical Center System are coming back online following a cybersecurity incident and systems outage this week that forced the closure of several offices and clinics across the organization.
The incident is still being investigated, and an outside forensic investigation will be completed to determine exactly what happened. All preliminary investigations show that no access was successfully made to any Gritman electronic system and that no patient or secure data has been compromised.
We apologize for the inconvenience this outage has caused. We are working diligently to get our systems back up as quickly as possible. We plan to resume normal clinic operations on Monday, April 6.
We are grateful to our Information Technology and patient access teams across the organization for working around the clock to ensure patient data is secure and get our systems back up and running as quickly as possible.
