Hack The Box (HTB), a global provider of AI cybersecurity readiness solutions, has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointment of Konstantinos Dolkas as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the promotion of Christine Bartlett to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The leadership changes support the company’s continued investment in its AI cybersecurity readiness platform and its ongoing global expansion strategy.
Serving more than 800 enterprise customers and a worldwide community of over 4.3 million cybersecurity professionals, HTB continues to grow its footprint across enterprise, government, and managed security service provider (MSSP) sectors. In their new executive roles, Dolkas and Bartlett will help shape the company’s strategic direction, broadening platform capabilities and extending its global reach to help organizations develop resilient, AI-ready cybersecurity teams equipped to defend against increasingly sophisticated threats.
“As the threat landscape evolves alongside rapid advancements in AI, organizations recognize that true cyber resilience depends on continuous, hands-on workforce capability,” said Haris Pylarinos, Founder and CEO of Hack The Box. “Konstantinos brings technical experience building and scaling world-class engineering organizations, while Christine has played a critical role in expanding our global brand and strengthening how we connect with customers around the world. Their leadership will be vital as we advance our platform to prepare the global cybersecurity workforce for the most complex security challenges.”
In his role as CTO, Dolkas will lead HTB’s engineering organization and define the company’s technology strategy, overseeing platform architecture, engineering operations, and product delivery. He will also focus on expanding the engineering organization while advancing the platform’s offensive security, defensive security, and AI-enabled security operations capabilities.
Dolkas joins HTB with nearly two decades of executive technology leadership spanning cybersecurity, SaaS, mobility, and insurance industries. Before joining the company, he served as CTO at OWNR Deutschland GmbH, where he directed engineering and technology strategy. He earned a Ph.D. in cloud computing architecture along with a master’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the National Technical University of Athens.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Bartlett will oversee HTB’s global marketing organization, including brand strategy, communications, product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives. Since joining the company as Vice President of Marketing in 2025, she has played a key role in increasing global brand visibility and supporting the company’s long-term strategic vision.
Prior to HTB, Bartlett served as CMO at SonicWall following senior marketing leadership positions at Cisco. She has also been recognized as a CRN Women of the Channel honoree and was named to the 2026 HotTopics Future B2B CMO 100.
“The speed of innovation and the rise of AI-driven attacks demand security teams that can respond with confidence,” said Bartlett. “At Hack The Box, we are focused on helping organizations build cyber readiness through practical, hands-on learning. I look forward to working with our customers and partners worldwide to scale our impact and build the AI-ready security workforce of the future.”
