WANA (May 31) – The “Handala” hacking group has reacted to a $10 million bounty placed on its members by releasing hacked photographs of FBI Director Kash Patel alongside Yossi Karadi, an Israeli intelligence official.
The cyber group published the leaked images in its latest announcement, taking a sarcastic jab at the FBI’s multi-million dollar reward aimed at identifying and capturing its operatives.
The cyber group’s message read: “Dear Kash Patel, forget about your meetings with Yossi; tell us seriously, when are you going to pay out that $10 million bounty you set for capturing Handala members?”
Pointing out the lack of updates regarding the reward, Handala added: “So far, you haven’t sent a single email, nor even a simple update. At this rate, will we have to turn ourselves in just to collect the prize?”
The group continued to mock the FBI director, writing: “Maybe you’re so caught up in your classified meetings that you’ve forgotten about this?”
The statement concluded with a final warning: “We are still waiting; just don’t forget your promises.”
