LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) – A Holmen man is being charged after a 15-year-old told police she was sexually assaulted.
Jeriah Boardman, 24, is being charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child.
According to the criminal complaint:
A 15-year-old told police that Boardman had sexually assaulted her twice in May of 2026 when she was 14 years old.
The teen said she met Boardman through a mutual friend. On May 11, the victim said Boardman picked her up from a family member’s house. During the car ride, Boardman began to molest the girl.
The girl told Boardman she was uncomfortable. Boardman reportedly responded by saying there was nothing to be scared of and “I’m not like a child predator.”
The victim said Boardman then drove her to Houska Park where he sexually assaulted her in his car.
Boardman received a $2,500 cash bond by Judge Elliot Levine on Monday. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 6.
