OUACHITA PARISH, La. (KSLA) – The Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Office (Louisiana A.G.’s Office) says it has arrested a man for video voyeurism, sexual battery, sexual abuse of animals, and the production/possession of child sexual abuse material.
James Brannon Allen, 20, of Lyons Hill Road in Homer, was arrested September 9, 2026, on the following charges in Ouachita Parish:
- 28 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material
- 1 count of sexual abuse of animals
While in Claiborne Parish, he has been charged with the following:
- 2 counts of sexual battery
- 87 counts of video voyeurism
- 23 counts of production of child sexual abuse material
In a CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) investigation, Allen was identified as the suspect who was uploading CSAM to a cloud storage provider in Ouachita Parish, says the Louisiana A.G.’s Office.
He was arrested on a warrant in Ouachita Parish, and bond was set at $58,000.
It was revealed as the investigation progressed that Allen was also involved in crimes involving sexual battery, voyeurism, and the production of CSAM, the Louisiana A.G.’s Office says.
This information led to an additional arrest warrant in Claiborne Parish, and bond has been set at $935,000.
The Louisiana A.G.’s Office says this arrest was the result of an investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation with assistance from the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office and the ULM Police Department.
Allen is currently booked in the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center.
