The LCSO made tenth arrest connected to internet chat operation.
Kyle James Ross Bulton also known as Kyle James Ross Ball 30 of Washington DC was arrested and charged with two counts of “use of a communication device to facilitate certain offenses involved children”
This arrest concludes the undercover internet chat operation that took place during the week of April 21, 2025.
Each suspect arrested in the case believed they were communicating with minors.
This arrest shows the dedication and highlights the efforts the department takes to stopping online predators that target children.
The LCSO encourages members of the community to stay vigilant and educate themselves and children about internet safety.
