The guidelines are the Data Protection Impact Assessment Guidelines, which aim to identify and minimize risks related to the protection of personal data on information systems; the Data Protection by Design Guidelines, which provide guidance to organizations in integrating data protection; and the Guidelines on Automated Decision Making and Profiling, which are aimed at ensuring that profiling and automated decision making are not used inappropriately.
