COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – Council Bluffs Police have arrested a man in connection to an online predator operation.
A release from the CBPD says Thomas Stone, of Des Moines, was arrested after completion of an online child predator operation which focused on identifying people seeking to exploit children.
Stone is facing charges of grooming, phone dissemination of obscene materials to a minor, and sexual exploitation of a minor.
He is currently being held in Pottawattamie County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
