FAIRPORT, N.Y. — A 40-year-old man will spend ten years in prison for trying to have sex with 11 and 13-year-old girls.
In march of last year, prosecutors say Tony Rodriguez tried to meet up with what he thought was an 11-year-old girl at the Fairport Public Library for sex, but was actually a member of community group “Predator Poachers.”
Rodriguez left before police arrived but was arrested a month later for trying to meet with who he thought was a 13-year-old girl. The teen was actually a member of the community group “Child Predator Hunter.”
Rodriguez was convicted of attempted enticement of a minor.
