Manchester Police have arrested a University of Dubuque professor as part of their sexual predator sting.
The Manchester Police Department says 49-year old Nathan Allen Hough of Dubuque traveled to Manchester on Saturday morning to conduct sex acts with an undercover officer portraying a minor. Hough also allegedly sent explicit photos to the undercover officer, requested the minor to urinate on him and other heinous acts that are inappropriate to post, and brought sex materials to the meet-up as well.
Officers immediately took Hough into custody without any incident. He has been charged with Grooming and Dissemination of Obscene Material to a Minor and was transported to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office for booking.
