After three years, South Dakota is ready to go to trial against Meta. The state is part of a multi-state coalition suing the social media giant. The group alleges Meta designed its platforms deliberately to capture the compulsive attention of youth. But that’s just part of the groundbreaking litigation.
SDPB’s Lori Walsh spoke with South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley about the Meta case. They also talked about a case involving another out-of-state organization: Mayday Health.
