Early Friday morning, a deputy with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office was alerted by a Flock Safety camera to a vehicle connected to a missing person. The deputy pulled the car over and found the driver to be Caelen Dennis, 25, a missing adult and registered sex offender from Idaho. Authorities said Dennis was prohibited from having contact with minor children.Inside the vehicle, deputies discovered a missing juvenile from Washington. Dennis was arrested and taken to the Franklin County Detention Center.
