N-able adds Zensec & Atomatik to alliance programme | #ransomware | #cybercrime


N-able has added Zensec and Atomatik to its Technology Alliance Program, expanding integrations for incident response and workflow automation.

The additions target managed service providers and other customers using N-able’s platform for cybersecurity and data protection. The programme brings in third-party technology companies to build integrations across N-able’s software stack as organisations face more complex IT environments and a shifting threat landscape.

Zensec’s role centres on incident response. It will provide structured services for customers dealing with ransomware and other security incidents, using N-central and Cove Data Protection alongside other connected tools to assess the impact of an attack, contain threats, and support recovery.

That work also includes digital forensics and compliance requirements, with the aim of reducing downtime and disruption after a cyber incident.

Atomatik joins the programme with tools designed to automate repeatable security and IT tasks. The integration can support multistep processes such as vulnerability remediation and phishing alert investigation, where security teams often rely on manual workflows.

N-able described Atomatik’s approach as a mix of workflow automation and decision-based artificial intelligence, intended to reduce manual effort and improve consistency in day-to-day operations.

Alliance expansion

The Technology Alliance Program is one way N-able extends its platform through external vendors rather than building every function itself. It is intended to give customers a broader choice of tools while allowing vendors to integrate more closely with N-able’s products.

For managed service providers, integrations between cybersecurity, backup, and operational systems are becoming more important as they manage rising volumes of alerts and increasingly complex customer environments with limited staff. Incident response and automation are two areas where vendors have been tightening links between products to cut response times and standardise tasks.

The latest additions reflect that demand. Zensec brings a service-led response to security incidents, while Atomatik focuses on automating rules-driven workflows that would otherwise require analyst time.

Atomatik outlined its view of the partnership in comments released alongside the announcement. “Joining the N-able Technology Alliance Program allows us to bring Atomatik’s hyperautomation and SOC Analyst Agents directly into the N-able ecosystem,” said Nicoleta Mihalcioiu, Head of Professional Services, Atomatik. “Together, we are helping organizations streamline operations and deliver more consistent, meaningful results.”

Partner strategy

The broader purpose of the programme is to support organisations that want interoperable technologies rather than isolated tools. That reflects a wider trend in the cybersecurity market, where buyers increasingly expect products to exchange data and trigger actions across different parts of the security and IT estate.

According to its corporate description, N-able serves more than 500,000 organisations worldwide and has positioned resilience as a central theme across its cybersecurity and data protection offerings. The latest integrations align with that strategy by linking response and recovery with operational automation.
