The DG issued on-the-spot directions to the relevant officers to address the grievances and ensure appropriate action.Rizvi urged citizens to report cybercrime incidents without fear or hesitation, assuring them that their complaints would be dealt with promptly and transparently.The NCCIA spokesperson advised citizens to report any cybercrime by calling the helpline 1799 or contacting their nearest NCCIA circle office.
