Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) is expanding career pathway opportunities for high school students with the launch of the Computing and Cybersecurity Academy. The new program will be in the NICC Dubuque Center with a schedule designed to fit the needs of high school juniors and seniors starting in August. Students participating in the academy can earn up to 11 college credits at little to no cost while getting hands-on training in cutting-edge topics such as ethical hacking, programming logic and network administration. Enrollment is currently open for the August start date. Interested students should speak with their high school counselor.
